S9 – SoniScan
S9 – SoniScan provides automatic 3D scanning measurements of blank, finish moulds, accessories, and bottles.
S9 – SoniScan allows a dimensional control of used or new moulds, accessories, and bottles with a comparison to the original CAD drawings. Out of tolerance parts will be trapped.
S3 – Mould Volume
S3 – Mould Volume measures the mould volume in less than a minute to an accuracy of +/- 0.01ml.
S3 is an essential technology for NNPB processes.
S10 – SoniVolume
S10 – SoniVolume measures bottle volume at both the hot and cold ends. All measurements can be stored in memory for perfect traceability.
S10 can be used to quickly check bottle deviations.
